Cruise ship retailers will be automatically enrolled into the awards, therefore no submissions are required.

 

Five thousand consumers, selected from leading Swiss consumer research company m1nd-set’s database of global travellers, will be asked if they have taken a cruise holiday in the last 12 months. Those that have taken a cruise will be asked to judge their Cruise Retail experience.

 

Consumers will be asked a series of questions about their cruise ship shopping experience and the results will be collated and the cruise ship companies and their retailers will be awarded accordingly.
